Terms of Service

Last updated: July 2026

1. The service

ReplyChrono ("the Service") is a Slack application that tracks response times for client messages in Slack channels you choose to monitor, and posts alerts, escalations and reports inside your Slack workspace. The Service is provided by the publisher named on our Slack Marketplace listing ("we", "us").

2. Accounts and acceptable use

You must have authority over the Slack workspace where you install the Service. You agree not to misuse the Service, attempt to access it outside its documented interfaces, resell it, or use it to violate Slack's own terms. We may suspend workspaces that abuse the Service or threaten its integrity.

3. Plans, trials and fees

The Service offers a free plan and a paid plan billed per workspace, with a free trial of the paid plan at installation. Prices are displayed on our website and may change with 30 days' notice; changes never apply retroactively. If a paid subscription lapses, the workspace moves to the free plan — monitoring limits apply, but your data is not deleted.

4. Data and privacy

We never store message content. The Service stores only message timestamps, channel IDs, user IDs, aggregate statistics and your settings, as described in our Privacy Policy. Uninstalling the app deletes all workspace data immediately.

5. Availability and disclaimer

We aim for high availability but the Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. The Service depends on Slack's platform and APIs; we are not responsible for Slack outages or API changes. Alerts are an aid, not a guarantee — you remain responsible for your own client communications and service commitments.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from the Service is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, including lost profits, lost clients or lost data.

7. Termination

You can stop using the Service at any time by uninstalling it from your workspace, which deletes your data. We may terminate or suspend the Service with reasonable notice; if you have prepaid for a period beyond termination, we will refund the unused portion.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Quebec.

9. Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced on this page at least 15 days before taking effect. Continued use after that date constitutes acceptance. Questions? See our support page.
