No client message ever goes unanswered.
ReplyChrono watches the Slack channels you share with your clients, times every client message, and warns your team before anything slips through. (If you speak agency: yes, it's an SLA tracker — but nobody on your team needs to know what that means.)

⏰ Response overdue in #acme-corp
A client message has been waiting 4h 12m of business time — past your 4h response target.
What your team sees when a client message is about to slip through.
How it works
- Watch. Invite @ReplyChrono to your client channels — channels shared with an external organization are picked up automatically. Zero configuration.
- Time. When a client posts, a response timer starts — counting only your business hours, in your timezone. Five rapid messages count as one conversation, a lone 👍 counts as nothing.
- Alert. No reply (or 👀 acknowledgement) from your team within your response target — default 4 business hours? An alert lands in your internal alerts channel with an Assign to me button and a link to the waiting message.
- Escalate. Still unanswered and unclaimed after 8 business hours? The person you designate gets a direct message. Nothing falls through.
Every Monday morning, ReplyChrono posts a weekly response report: average first-reply
time per client channel, breach counts, and your fastest and slowest channels.
An activity log (/replychrono log) keeps the full who-did-what trail.
Privacy by design
ReplyChrono never stores message content — yours or your clients'. Only timestamps, channel IDs and user IDs, which is all a timer needs. Read the privacy policy.
