The short version
ReplyChrono never stores the content of your messages — yours or your clients'. We store only what a timer needs: message timestamps, channel IDs and user IDs.
What we collect
| Data | Why | Kept |
|---|---|---|
| Workspace ID, name, encrypted access token | Operate the app for your workspace | Until uninstall |
| Channel IDs of monitored channels | Know where to watch | Until unwatched or uninstall |
| Message timestamps + author user IDs (never content) | Time responses against your target | 90 days |
| Weekly aggregate statistics | Your Monday report | Until uninstall |
| Your settings (thresholds, hours, timezone) | Configuration | Until uninstall |
What we never collect
Message text, files or attachments; client names, emails or profile data; anything from channels you don't monitor. Message text is processed transiently in memory to receive Slack events and is never written to disk, logs, or the database.
Security
Slack tokens are encrypted at rest (AES-256-GCM). All traffic is HTTPS, and Slack request signatures are verified on every payload. No third-party analytics, no data sharing, no ad tech.
Deletion & your rights
Uninstalling ReplyChrono deletes all of your workspace's data immediately and automatically. For access or deletion requests, see the support page. Because no message content and no client personal data (beyond opaque Slack IDs) is stored, ReplyChrono is designed to be compatible with PIPEDA and GDPR obligations.
